UBS Tomorrow’s Talent will give you up close and personal learning opportunities that get you thinking about your future career. You’ll have access to coaching sessions, mentors, online learning materials and virtual events – and it’s easy to participate while you study. Our goal is to help you:

- figure out what you like, what you don’t like, and realize what you’re good at

- get an intro into how the financial industry works

- successfully job search and nail the application process

As you continue throughout the program while you study, you’ll be able to participate in different internship opportunities, like our Summer Internship Program. You’ll need to apply like everyone else, but we’ll make sure you’re prepared and know what to expect.

Lastly, if you love the program, become an intern and perform well, you could receive an offer to our graduate talent program after you graduate. (The program is awesome, just sayin’). Applications will be due in Fall 2024.
