RBC Capital Markets is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our LGBTQ+ Sophomore Insights Program is a multi-month program for undergraduate students in their Sophomore year of studies who identify as LGBTQ+. The program consists of virtual and in-person learning and development sessions for students interested in pursuing a career in investment banking or sales and trading, and participants have the potential to interview early for a spot in our 2026 Summer Internship Program. Applications will be due 9/22/2024.
